Bait:
Complimentary
fresh liver and Great Bait® will be available at ringside for exhibitors.
Climate:
Be
prepared for anything. This is a
time of year when we can have beautiful, warm, sunny weather.
But, it is the Pacific Northwest, famous for rain and showers.
Evenings are usually still cool at this time of year.
Normal highs for the month range in the mid 60’s and lows are typically
in the mid 40’s. Normal
precipitation for the month is reportedly 2.2 inches.
We are also on the water so cool breezes could very well be a factor.
Combined with possible rain it might get down right cold.
Dressing in layers is highly recommended.
This is so you can add and remove layers as needed.
Under
extreme weather conditions, outdoor events held at the host hotel may be moved
indoors.
Dog Food and Water
will not be sold at the Show. You
will be able to purchase these at the grocery stores across the street from the
host hotel.
Ex-Pens may be used outdoors
during the day at the host hotel to contain dogs only.
Dogs, however, will need to be pottied in designated areas.
The hotel will run the sprinklers on the lawn each night so all ex-pens
and equipment will need to be removed in the evening.
Grooming is not allowed in the
rooms. Please comply with the ABTC
standards of conduct (refer to back inside cover of this brochure) and uphold
our excellent reputation as guests at our National Specialty sites.
There will be a designated outdoor grooming area available with tents,
power, bathing facilities, and limited tables and blowers.
Returned Checks: Checks received by the
Specialty committee that are returned by the bank unpaid will be dealt with in
accordance with ABTC policy, i.e., if a bad check is not made good, loss of
membership privileges will occur. A
penalty fee of $20.00 shall be charged for each bad check received.
